Recorded Live In Tupelo's Tavern - New Orleans
1983
Tupelo's Tavern, located at 8301 Oak Street in New Orleans, was a notable venue in the early 1980s music scene. Originally known as Jed's, it hosted performances by influential bands such as R.E.M., Minor Threat, and the Misfits. On October 17, 1982, the Misfits played there, and later that night, members of the band and fans were arrested in a local cemetery, an event that has since become part of punk rock lore
