The "Lost" Extended Scenes
This specific Laserdisc is famous among collectors for containing exclusive footage that was cut for being too graphic for the theatrical release.
The Pimple Scene: This edition includes an infamous, stomach-churning moment during the "vampire feast" where a girl pops a pimple on a guy.
Extended Gore: It features a longer version of the "vampire feast" (dinner is served) and an extra scene where Sex Machine (Tom Savini) kills two more vampires and takes a picture of one. These "extended cut" scenes have reportedly never been officially released in this integrated format on DVD or Blu-ray.
